Sep 25, 2026 – The 5th Annual Meeting of the ACT-AEC Consortium was held in Edmonton, Alberta, from September 24 to 25, 2026, bringing together researchers and professionals committed to advancing the development and conduct of clinical trials across Canada.
We are proud to announce that Dr. Alexis Turgeon has received the Canadian Trialist Award from the consortium. This distinction recognizes his contributions to clinical research and his commitment to conducting impactful research that can help advance clinical practice and improve evidence-based care.
The award particularly recognizes the scope and impact of his work, as well as his ability to lead pivotal clinical trials in areas where evidence has historically been limited.
