Apr 8, 2026 – Congratulations to Thierry Rouleau-Bonenfant, recipient of the Maurice Trahan Anesthesiology Scholarly Achievement Award.
This award recognizes an anesthesiology resident who has distinguished themselves through the quality of their scholarly project presented at the Scientific Day of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at Université Laval.
The award was presented during the March 28 event, where Thierry showcased his master’s research entitled: “Association Between Glycemia and Long-Term Neurological Clinical Outcomes Following Severe Traumatic Brain Injury.”
A former Master’s student in Clinical Epidemiology under the supervision of Dr. Turgeon, Thierry has also contributed to several research projects within the team. His commitment and the quality of his work were highlighted through this award.
